Hello from the Mountain!

You’ve probably experienced a lot of rain this week! As our prayers go out to Joplin and other areas affected by bad weather, we are thankful to God for keeping us and our property safe. One blessing from the rain has been seeing the beginnings of our lake…which has gone from a large puddle to a small pond in a matter of days! Although the rain brings setbacks on many projects, we remain thankful to our Lord and trust in His provision and timing.

In less than two weeks campers will be here! We are so excited for this upcoming season and the children who will meet Jesus this summer. We hope to see you at some point this summer! Please continue to tell your friends about God’s Mountain and that camp is provided at no cost. Your endorsement is more valuable than any advertisement we could purchase!

Please come and join us THIS SATURDAY, May 28^th, for our God’s Mountain 5k and Open House! The run will begin at 9am, and the Open House will go from 11am-2pm.  Come and check out camp and please invite friends!

Hello from the Mountain!

Summer is almost here! We’re so excited about the upcoming season and everything that’s going on to prepare for it. Although rain has set us back on some projects, we’re blessed to report that God has used what we see as setbacks to provide for us – read the newsletter to find some of the ways this has happened.

As you pray with us, we ask that you remember two key ways you can contribute both now and in the coming weeks:

n  We need volunteers! To accomplish all we hope to before summer starts will require a constant flow of helpers. Whatever your skills are, there is a place for you to help here! Please pray that God will raise up the people we need and consider how you may be able to be a part of that.

n  Tell people about camp! Neighbors, friends, fellow church-goers…everyone needs to know about God’s Mountain! Remember that we have camps for every age group and that there is no set cost for any camp. Tell someone about God’s Mountain today and give them a registration form you can download off our website: (LINK)

As always, we’re so thankful for your support and prayers. Thank you for partnering with us in bringing the message of Jesus to children and teens! We hope to see you May 28^th for the 5k and Open House and this summer at camp!
